It won’t help boost the volume and thickness of your hair immediately (that’s what implants and keratin treatment are for), but in the long run, a healthy diet and lifestyle is essential to the growth of your locks. If anything, it will also boost your confidence to the point that your thinning hair isn’t a problem anymore.
